Breakfast

Breakfast is important as well as, by looking all the awesome & tempting recipes from Internet, make me urge to make my own breakfast. Going through all the website I found pancake is quite easy.

Buzzfeed's fluffy & drooling pancakes recipe:

You can add any food you want w the pancake such as blueberry jam, honey, chocolate, fruits, cornflakes, raisin, apricot & etc.
For my ingredient:
200g of self raising flour
180ml of milk (any milk will do)
100ml of water
2 tbsp of sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg

Method:
1. Mix flour, sugar & salt together in bowl A
2. Beat the egg and  mix w milk & water in bowl B.
3. Make a hole in bowl A, then pour bowl B mixture into bowl A.
4. Beat gently mixing everything together until it smooth and lump free.
5. Let the mixture be in the fridge for 10 - 15 minutes.
6. Then, remember to apply butter on the pan before you fry it.
